Who we are

Elitix Partners was founded by Mandy Courtney in 2025 to provide professional services to public and commercial organizations, leveraging the latest technologies and innovative solutions to help clients maximize corporate compliance with minimal effort.   

Elitix as an organization has just started out, but Mandy has historically led elite teams to blend their extensive experience in finance, data and compliance, and founded Elitix as a vehicle to get back to work after a short career break to raise three children. Elitix seeks to continue Mandy’s philosophy and championing of diversity, and growing support networks for other aspiring female leaders in industry.
